Ms. Khopotso Lehohla gave a lecture at Waseda University on 23rd November, 2009. The lecture served to give the students an overview of the present state of developments and opportunities in Lesotho. The lecture is part of the ongoing lecturer series under the auspices of SADC Committee of Ambassadors in Tokyo, Japan.
